1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Remindr! mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant & Permitted Use

1DevProject grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Remindr! on your mobile device for personal productivity management in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.

3. In-App Purchases (Remindr Pro)

• Product Type: Remindr Pro is an optional, one-time in-app purchase priced at $1.99 USD (or local currency equivalent).
• Benefits: Removes all advertisements in the app.
• Payment Processing: Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play Terms of Service.
• Restore Purchases: You can restore your purchase on any compatible mobile device signed into the same Google Play account.
• Refund Policy: Refunds follow Google Play refund policies.

4. Data Backup & Cloud Synchronization (Local & Dropbox)

• Remindr! provides offline-first data storage with optional local and cloud backup options.
• Local Backup: You can export a remindr_db.bak file to your device storage. You are responsible for keeping and managing your backup files.
• Dropbox Cloud Sync: If you enable Dropbox sync, your backup is sent to your personal Dropbox account in the app folder (/Apps/Remindr Backup/) using official Dropbox APIs. 1DevProject does not operate user database servers or access your Dropbox account or files.
• 1DevProject is not liable for data loss from device failure, unbacked data deletion, or third-party service outages.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Remindr! is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not warrant that the App will be completely error-free or uninterrupted across every device configuration or operating system.
• You are responsible for ensuring that device-level battery optimization, manufacturer background limits, or Do Not Disturb settings do not silence or delay alarms.
• Alert preferences (such as vibration, auto-silence duration, ringtones, and snooze intervals) are configured by the user in app settings.
• Currency Conversion Data: Exchange rates in the Currency Converter are retrieved from public exchange rate feeds for general reference. They are not intended for financial trading or formal transaction verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 1DevProject shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use of or inability to use the App.
• Missed notifications, alarms, or events due to device sleep states, power failure, or system settings.
• Loss of locally stored data or unbacked files.
• Calculation or conversion discrepancies in the currency or calculator tools.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of Remindr! constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
